Great Knife for all Around Chef Knife Use

This is a great primary everyday use knife. Good for most every task in general. Great feel and weight and balance. I typically use European handle knives but this traditional handle feels great in my hand and in no way slows me down in the kitchen. Recommended for a first knife purchase as this knife will handle most every task and is comfortable to use. Also to note is that this a great seller. Good service and a pleasure to do business with.

Great quality and very beautiful knife

This knife has been a pleasure to use when preparing for my meals. The knife is very sharp out of the box and slices through almost anything. The weight is very light which makes handling it a breeze and the thinnest of it cuts through meat and vegetables wonderfully. I am really loving the walnut handle on it as well.
