Best knife I own, very knowledgable and helpful family!

My sister and I stopped by the Seattle Night Market booth that Hasu-Seizo not long ago and picked up a Kengata Santoku Knife that they showed us. We have enjoyed the knife a lot! I look forward to learning how to properly take care of this beautiful tool.
