Return Policy & Warranty

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with all the products that you purchase from us.

  • The return or exchange of a product will be accepted if there is any defect (damage, etc. which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment) is discovered as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost) within 10 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Please contact us through email before you ship back the products.
  • Please notify us immediately by e-mail at hello@hasuseizo.com if you would like to return any items. Once we receive your email we will provide return details including return address.
  • In cases where the product is returned due to any reason attributable to the customer, return of the product will be accepted only if it is in its original condition, unused (Due to hygiene concern), and is returned (at the customer’s expense) within 10 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided. Please pack with care when returning. We have the right to refuse used or broken items. 
  • Please keep the receipt. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange. All "Outlet" products, custom orders are not accept return or exchange. 
  • When a product is returned, the amount which the customer paid to us will be refunded (Shipping fees will be deducted in cases where the product is returned for any reason attributable to the customer)
  • All returned items should be in original condition (i.e. Items must be in unused condition, must not have been in contact with water or food and should include their original packaging). We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on returns based on the requirements.
  • If there is a delay in shipping once the package has been delivered to the carrier we can only issue a refund once the package has been declared as lost by the carrier. Please let us know as soon as possible if the package delivery looks to be delayed and we will submit a review by the carrier immediately.
  • We pay attention and carefully inspect every products before shipping, but it is out of our control if something happens during transport. 


  • We stand behind our products and their quality will accept replace or exchange any defective products; however, honestly defective products are very rare.
  • We warrant that all of our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you find any of our products to be defective, we will offer you a replacement product. This warranty does not cover products that we deem to have been either misused or abused.

Please contact us through email before you ship back the products at hello@hasuseizo.com for instructions on how to return your products before returning them. We may request you to send some clear photographs to confirm the exact situation.
