Gorgeous fine craft knives. These wares come from real cottage industry forges. Family businesses that have been around a long time and continue to persist. Looks like the globalists can't kill the Japanese spirit. Long live mom and pop shops...even if they use 3rd parties to sell them. But time they made some money...Japan is an expensive place to live. Long live sovereignty. Long live Japan.

The best of my knives!!

私が持っている包丁の中で1番使いやすく、持った感じや切れ味も最高です。
適度な重みがあり、切った時に包丁が自然と落ちる感じも心地よいです。
また切った食材の切り口もみずみずしく、食べた口当たりもツルツルとしていて食材の美味しさを感じることができます。
切るのが楽しくなります。

5歳の娘が「この包丁で切るオレンジはとても美味しい!!」と言っておりました。

また別種類の包丁を買いたいと思っています。
