Work of art to cook with

I was very excited to receive this knife. It was packaged exquisitely and more than razor-sharp when coming out of the box. The quality of the craftsmanship is obvious as soon as you handle the blade. The special touch of a handwritten note and origami were nice touches as well. I have only used the knife a few times at this point but have been very happy with its slicing ability. The first dish I prepared with it was a scallop crudo and the knife made slicing those thin pieces effortless. This will be a staple in my kitchen and I'm sure to be around for many many years to come.
