Japanese oroshigane is great for grating rock salt, nut's (such as nutmeg), and cheeses.  It is framed in wood for easy gripping. The wooden frame is made from Hinoki cypress which is high quality timber. This greater comes with rock salt, so it is ready for BBQ, salad or any food! This rock salt is made of natural salt from Pakistan. These Japanese oroshigane produce a finer grating, so they differ significantly from Western-style graters. These Japanese oroshiganes are the good item and are used by professional chefs. No dishwasher please.
