New Cutlery Resource

Beautifully manufactured paring knife. Stropped it out of the box to scary sharp with a few strokes. Delightful packaging and an excellent value..

Certainly an upgrade

I have historically used a utility knife from one of the primary German manufacturers and decided to get this for myself while purchasing a Santoku knife for my wife. This is a gorgeous knife that delivers in terms of weight, sharpness and all around usability. If you’re in the market for a utility knife upgrade: look no further.

Stays sharp

I love this easy to grip knife. It minces easily and makes cooking fun again. It is also very pretty and my other knives look sad next to it on my knife rack. I can see that purchasing high quality knives can become addicting. Life is too short not to have sharp beautiful knives. I feel rich using it.
