This grater can stand by itself that means you can put grated vegetable or fruit into a pot or cup easily. Exquisite curve line where grated ingredients easily flow out.
Ideal for: grating or shredding wasabi, garlic, ginger, daikon radish, carrot or fruits.
These Japanese oroshigane produce a finer grating, so theydiffer significantly from Western-style graters. These Japanese oroshiganes are used by professional chefs. No dishwasher please.
Tip: Cover the grater with parchment paper or aluminum foil prior to grating easy clean up.
