This is my second purchase from Hasu-Seizo and the quality between the two has been consistently very very good. Got this knife about a year ago and it’s still as amazing as the day I got it. Holds a very sharp edge, the handle is in great shape and quality of the make is superb.
Feel it’s important to note that I take proper care of my knives, only hand washing them, storing them in there sheath when not in use, and wiping the knife dry/clean of anything that could cause corrosion.
I recommend highly to anyone looking for a great all around knife in the kitchen.

Saw varients of this knife all over the web - but was a bit of a hide-and-go-seek to find it with the Wa handle in the rich walnut handle. (saw western handles, and light cherry -- but i was dead-set on the walnut!)
