This knife from the Konosuke series features the lightest and thinnest blade, crafted from high-carbon semi-stainless steel with a stainless-clad finish for superior rust resistance. Its octagonal chestnut handle is remarkably lightweight, ensuring effortless control and maneuverability with every use.

Ideal for: Slicing and dicing.
