This knife manufacturer is Fukui from Sakai Osaka established in 1912 with OUL being one of their brands. Fukui is one of the oldest knife manufacturers in Sakai. OUL means master skilled craftsmanship. 

This blade is made of Aoniko (Blue Steel #2) with excellent sharpness and durability. The blade is just simple beauty and gorgeous shiny finish.  

This blade needs to be cared for more than stainless steel as it will rust easier, water should be removed immediately. It is the perfect paring of function and form which can be used widely from home to professional.  Please do not cut bone or frozen food.
